The freshman class at Von Steuben held a food drive as a part of their Service Learning Project. More than 500 student delivered an estimated ONE TON of shelf stable food to our North Park location in March. They also raised $843!!! Thank you for helping feed those in need in your community!

Pet food drive 2017 poster

Animal Medical Center of Chicago, North Center Animal Hospital, and Integrative Pet Care teamed up for a friendly competition in March to raise food for the Friendship Center Pet Food Pantry program. More than seven tons of food was collected!!! Thanks to the generosity of these clinics and donors other programs for pets in need will benefit from the surplus. Check out photos HERE.

Community Christian Church volunteer group

Community Christian Church Lincoln Square and their visiting high schoolers from First Christian Church in Springfield, OH helped stock, sort, clean, and prepare our Lincoln Square location for a Thursday distribution.
